The Charterhouse is an almshouse and museum based near the Barbican, providing residential care to a community of elderly people since 1611.

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant.

The purpose of the Administrative Assistant role is to provide administrative support to the Development Office 2 days per week. The Development Office supports the fundraising operation with a focus on building and maintaining a donor constituency for the Charity. This is an exciting and very varied role, working for a very special Charity in an incredible environment.

We are looking for a proactive, organised individual, with outstanding written English skills and fully proficient in Microsoft office, including Access, and databases in general. You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience in administration.
