Some of our 65 stores are owned by the company while some are operated as franchises by specially selected local business owners. Whether company or franchisee owned, all the stores in this rapidly growing business work to one clearly defined set of brand standards.
Team Members – What are we looking for?
Have you ever visited one of our restaurants before? If you have, you will have some idea of what's involved in working here. But you might not realise the variety and scope of the role, which involves working with a team to prepare and serve the best flamboyant desserts – by far.
Specific responsibilities include creating our visual feast of products and looking after our customers’ needs, whether you’re welcoming at the door, serving behind the counter, working on the till or being out and about in the dining areas making sure we are delivering a fantastic experience.
We are looking for Team Members who enjoy working in a fast moving, high energy environment, who have a real ability to connect with people and a genuine desire to create Escape from the Ordinary customer moments.
What can you bring to Creams?
You’ll need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness. You’ll enjoy variety and the opportunity to learn new skills whilst being able to work both efficiently and productively, and most importantly have fun!
You’ll need to be confident in approaching and dealing with our diverse range of customers. Friendly, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening and the ability to hold positive face-to-face conversations with eye contact and smiles are a must.
Our Team Member roles are permanent positions which involve working shifts over a 7-day operation and during evenings, so flexibility will be required.
