We are looking for a full time Sous Chef, with good knowledge of Italian Cuisine.

Our restaurant is a family business and we are very proud of the food we are providing our customers with.

You must be able to:
- follow the head chef guidelines
- be a good person
- work evenings and week-ends
- cope well with the pressure that comes usually with this job
- be flexible, patient and hardworking
- enjoy this type of job
- possibly be living locally (SW6)
- English not essential if you speak Italian

Immediate start; hours and rate of payment depending on experience and capacities.
