About Us

We have been hand-making gelato with the best ingredients fresh every-day in our kitchen and gelateria on Archer Street in Soho, Central London for nearly 10 years. We are the sister site to famous award-winning Italian restaurant Bocca Di Lupo, and we also supply many of the best London restaurants and cafe's with gelato through our wholesale department. £23000-£27000 a year experience dependent.

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate ice cream maker that will be in charge of the kitchen, in a sous chef position. We want someone attentive to detail, focused, and happy to create one of the best gelato in London, even when this means hard work. We are looking for someone with a long term perspective.

He/she will be in charge of the respect of all the HACCP procedures, and that the gelato will be made following the pre-established methods. He/she will be in charge of the ingredients daily orders and that everything is being made on time for our small but demanding wholesale channel.

Good teamwork skills are also required, especially during the summer season when our family grows a bit. Passion comes first, from our point of view, this is the way that allowed us to work with good, good people, so this is how will keep working.
